Samsung Galaxy Pro Debuts (Sort Of):
The Samsung Galaxy Pro is yet another Android handset in the company’s growing stable. While it offers a unique (and sleek) design, the phone really doesn’t offer much in the way of performance. While the pricing details are still under wraps, I wouldn’t expect this device to run much past the $100 mark.
So what do you get for all that? The Galaxy Pro offers a 2.8 inch touchscreen (skinned with the TouchWiz UI) married neatly to a fully QWERTY keyboard. Inside you’re looking at a yet-to-be-named 800MHz processor running on Froyo.

As far as connectivity goes, the Galaxy Pro decided to give users Bluetooth and USB 2.0 technology as well as built-in 802.11b/g/n WiFi. The battery boast a continuous use time of up to 11 hours and roughly 600 hours on standby.
One neat feature that you don’t see too often on these types of semi-smartphones is Flash compatibility. The Galaxy Pro will support Flash 10.1.
Add in the 3 megapixel camera and you get a middle-of-the-road handset which just might offer enough bang for the buck for a lot of consumers to like it.
