How To Make Firefox Use Less Memory
Type your summary here.
1. Type 'about:config' in the adress bar!
2. Click 'I'll be careful, I promise'.
3. Right click somewhere, --> New --> Bolean
4. Type 'config.trim_on_minimize' , then OK.
5. Set it to 'TRUE' when asked, and then OK.
6. Restart Firefox.
This can help too:
1. New --> Integer
2. Name: 'browser.cache.memory.capacity'
4. Set the amout somewhere between 50000-65000
5. Restart Firefox!
