No.of Vacancies and Payscale: Office Assistant – 58 posts – Rs.13500 /month
Officer (scale I) – 18 posts – Rs.22700 /month
Important Dates:
Online Registration: 18.05.2011 to 10.06.2011
Date of Written Exam: 31.7.2011 (assistant) & 24.7.2011 (officers)
Elibility Criteria
Must be 18 - 28 years of age, as on 01.01.2011
Posses a Bachelor Degree (any discipline) from a recognized university as on 1.1.2011,
Fluency in Telugu language and Knowledge of Computers is Desired.
For Assistant Post, The candidate should be a resident of Andhra Pradesh only.
Selection Procedure:
The selection of the candidates shall be on the basis of written test and interview. Written test will be of Objective Type Consisiting of :-
For Post Code 1(Officer Scale-II):-Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation, Financial Awareness and Genaral english. Each part having 50 questions and a total time of 150 mins for 200 questions.
For Post Code 2 & 3(Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant Respectively):-Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General awareness and Genaral english. Each part having 50 questions and a total time of 150 mins for 200 questions.
Note:-
Marks will further be reduced to 70 and there will be negative Marking for Wrong Answers.
The candidates securing a minimum of 40% marks(35% for SC/ST/XS/PC) in the written test shall qualify for
interview in ratio of 1:3 depending upon number of Vacancies .
