Motorola has officially announced the availability of its Wi-Fi-only Xoom tablet for the US. Motorola XOOMWi-Fi is the first tablet to run on Google Android 3.0 OS.

Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi features a 10.1 inch touchscreen display, Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) OS, 1 GHz Tegra 2 dual-core processor, 5 megapixel camera, 720p HD video recording, 2 megapixel front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, micro USB 2.0, 32GB internal memory, 1GB RAM and HDMI out.

Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi Price and Availability

Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi will be available in the US starting March 27th at Amazon.com, Best Buy, Costco, RadioShack, Sam’s Club (select locations), Staples and Walmart. Motorola Xoom Wi-Fi is priced at $599 for 32GB model.
